Pilates for Golf & Tennis
Golf and Tennis are two of the most popular sports in Florida, which is why this program is so important. It’s designed to help improve your game physically and mentally. These sports are combined into one program because of the similar one-sided movements used in the game. Pilates will help with your coordination and follow-through, as well as rotation through the whole body.
Pilates for Young Athletes
The young athlete’s program is designed to help prevent injury among high school students, between the ages of 16-19. The focus will be on two main components; core strength and stretching. Whether you’re a swimmer, golfer, runner, or Lacrosse player, the exercises are designed around the athlete’s specific sport/s played. This will give us a better understanding of both his/her physical needs and mindset.
Pre & Post Natal Pilates
Pilates is a great tool to help with labor and delivery, as well as getting your body back quicker postpartum. This safe and low impact routine will focus on strengthening the abdominals, pelvic floor (Kegel muscles), and back muscles.
